One of the most popular areas of study at the University today, Sport Studies prepares students to work in the wellness, recreation and sport industries. Graduates are also prepared for graduate programs supporting practice and research in human performance and the allied health professions.
The Sport Studies is offered by the Department of Physical Education and provides students with the opportunity to explore sport, movement disciplines, exercise and wellness within a trans-disciplinary curriculum. Students who are considering a major in Sport Studies should contact the department chair to learn more about the program.
